e-Enroll

With e-Enroll, updates are a cinch for your clients. Clients can make enrollment changes such as adding or deleting dependents from our system. All changes are completed online and are effective in one to two business days. Clients can use AvMed e-Enroll to:

• Obtain an electronic version of the Employee Enrollment form to instantly enroll subscribers and/or dependents.
• Get an electronic version of the Employee Status Change Form to instantly terminate subscribers and/or dependents.
• Make administrative changes to existing enrollments.
• Extend coverage through COBRA.

Clients can open an e-Client account by calling AvMed’s Enrollment and Premium Services Department at (800) 654-0182, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
