Important Notice

Protecting the privacy of our members' personal information is a critical priority at AvMed Health Plans.

Late last year, two company laptops were stolen from an AvMed Health Plans facility in Gainesville, Florida. The theft has resulted in the possible compromise of personal information of certain current and former members. While we have no evidence that any personal information has been misused as a result of this incident, affected individuals are being notified and are being offered two years of identity protection (under the Debix Identity Protection Network) at no cost to them.
