AvMed's Health Improvement Contests motivate members to receive the important healthcare they need, and in a timely manner. Remind them to sign up for our contests.

Group Practice Web Access Change

Providers affiliated with a group practice should now logon to our website using their designated group practice number and the password assigned by AvMed. For the username you must use the lower case letters "gp" immediately followed by your payee number.

For example:
Username: gpxxxx
Password: xxxx
In order to keep your information secured, AvMed Health Plans encourages you to change your password periodically.

Anti-Fraud Training

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has mandated a new fraud, waste, and abuse training requirement. This requirement may be found in the Federal Register, Vol. 72, No. 233 (December 5, 2007). All Medicare Advantage providers must complete this mandatory training no later than December 31, 2009, and annually thereafter.
