Member Services Online Tour Instructions

Welcome to the tour of Member Services Online. This tour will take you through our online services for members, explaining each page in detail. It is designed for use by all members, with the goal of informing you of how to maximize your understanding of your membership information.

Before we get started, below is some information you may find useful in viewing the tour.

You will see a several buttons at the bottom of the tour in the toolbar (pictured below). These buttons allow you to rewind, fast forward, and pause the tour, or jump to a particular portion of the tour.
If you would like to pause to tour and continue it at a later time, click on the Pause button (). To resume, click on the Play button ().
To fast forward to the next page, click on the Next Frame button (). To replay a prior page, click the Prior Frame button (). You will find these buttons useful if the tour is moving too quickly or too slowly for you.

To view the tour now, choose the option that fits you best:

With Audio	Without Audio
Best option for broadband users (cable modem, DSL, etc.). 8.2 Megabytes	Best option for dial-up users. 3.0 Megabytes
Note: You will need Flash Player to view the tour. If you do not have Flash installed, you will automatically be given the option to download it. The tour may take a few moments to load, depending on your connection speed.
