Due to regulatory measures, not all information will be available for edit through the website. Group Practice Web Access Change

Providers affiliated with a group practice should now logon to our website using their designated group practice number and the password assigned by AvMed. For the username you must use the lower case letters "gp" immediately followed by your payee number.

For example:
Username: gpxxxx
Password: xxxx
In order to keep your information secured, AvMed Health Plans encourages you to change your password periodically.
