It is our top priority to continuously improve your Member experience and benefits to help you stay healthy. In the next few weeks, you may receive an independent survey in the mail. By filling out this survey, we can learn more about your AvMed experience to enhance our services and better meet your needs.

  • You may receive a CAHPS* (Consumer Assessment of Health Plan Systems) survey in the mail, a phone call or email in early March through May.
  • Your answers are confidential. We want to know from you:
    • How easy it was for you to make appointments and get the care you needed.
    • How well you were treated.
    • Whether you felt listened to and understood.
    • How clearly doctors explained what you needed to know.
    • Whether you received a flu vaccine.
