Participating and Non-Participating Providers

Non-participating providers must register with Availity to:

• Check Eligibility and Benefits
• Claim Submission and Status
• Authorizations

All providers can access full payment details through our partner, Zelis.

Non-Participating Providers must register and update information with AvMed Health Plans using the Non-Participating Provider Registration Form. 

We strongly advise new Non-Participating Providers to enroll prior to submitting claims. Claims received without receipt of the Non-Participating Provider Registration Form first will be rejected. Once confirmation has been received that the enrollment form has been processed, claims can be resubmitted.
