Designed around patient-centered care, these plans emphasize the importance of coordinating care with a Primary Care Physician (PCP). This approach aligns the Member and PCP in a trusted partnership; working together toward a WELLfluent™ life while benefiting from the comfort of a fully-coordinated medical plan. Elect Members also have access to a network of specialists and facilities with no referral required.
