Your Member ID card will be mailed to you within two weeks of enrollment. Your AvMed Member card will act as proof of insurance. Your card will provide you with your Member ID number. You can also get a digital copy of your Member ID card after logging into the Member Portal.

When you receive your AvMed Member ID card and number, you can use the ID number to register for the portal. From there you'll be able to view your benefits, coverage and claims, access in-network doctors, and find other plan-specific information.

Register for Member Portal

Access clinics, hospitals and specialists in your area that are covered under your health plan. You can also access doctors that accept your plan from the Member Portal – that way there's no second guessing your plan or network.

Find Doctors and Facilities

Your AvMed Member ID card will act as proof of insurance.
Not to worry! You can access your Member ID card within the AvMed Member Portal. You'll need your social security number to register for your Member Portal account.
You can assign a PCP within your online Member Portal account at any time. Or, you can contact us for member support.
